At the Find Your Path in the Music Industry training, Jovan Matić spoke about the real-life journey of a band – from its first rehearsals and repertoire development to live performances, recording, and promoting music releases. The session was organized as part of the Play It! project, aimed at strengthening the capacities of young musicians and other music industry professionals, and took place on May 31 at the Josip Slavenski Legacy in Belgrade.

Drawing on his personal experience and many years of work on the music scene, Matić shared practical insights into the challenges and decisions that accompany the development of a music project, offering valuable advice on how to build a sustainable and professional career.
