Professional relationships and the importance of clear agreements within the music sector were the focus of Bojan Đorđević’s lecture at the Find Your Path in the Music Industry training, organized on May 31 at the Josip Slavenski Legacy in Belgrade as part of the UNESCO IFCD-supported Play It! project.

Through a series of practical examples, participants learned what should be clearly defined before a performance, collaboration, or release, and why transparency, respect for agreements, and a basic understanding of contractual relationships are essential for building a sustainable professional career.
